This service is an independent clinical interventional radiology practice
that offers an exhaustive range of percutaneous interventions, angiographic
imaging and procedures as well as minimally invasive surgery.
Clinical evaluation and management of vascular and non-vascular problems

MIVIR is spearheaded by our dedicated non-invasive vascular laboratory and our minimally invasive intervention suite, which is the outstanding Siemens Endovascular unit at St Vincents Private Hospital.
Our unique multidisciplinary team approach incorporates a dedicated network of highly trained technical, nursing and medical professionals working together to provide the highest quality, world's best practice in minimally invasive surgery.
Situated within St Vincents Private's Cardiovascular Care Centre, we employ a holistic approach to the cardiovascular system, treating it as a single unit rather than separating the heart from the rest of the circulatory system. Our focus is therefore on prevention, diagnosis and treatment as well as rehabilitation of the cardiovascular patient.
Recent advances have revolutionised the treatment of brain aneurysms, stroke and carotid disease. MIVIR will provide all these interventions and we will keep you updated on cutting edge innovations as they arrive.
